norman and li nah's post wedding dinner/celebration @han's palace..


i'm flying off to singapore tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!

was working and then later joined bao and julie for karaoke at utopia. its $9 an hour per person or it is like $9 for 3h including free flow of soft drinks if you go within the happy hour time which is before 7pm.. we started singing at 8pm and tried convincing the guy that can he pretend we got here at like 6.30 and we will sing until 9.30 but he wasn't quite convinced.. ah well :p




after that we went to the casino.. its like my 2nd time there.. i didn't gamble or anything but from what i gather, bao and julie like playing the roulette game..
the casino also gives you free hot drinks/water if you have a card there (it cost nothing to register) or you can pay $1 for a drink from the machine.. i ended up drinking a mochacinno using julie's card.. ahah :p and did you know that the casino staff are not allowed in the casino unless they are working? oh.. and you can't take pictures in the casino! :p lolx :D

went out shopping with julie today for all the sales but it wasn't all that good.. went to central stirling but that mall was acutally CLOSED! then to mirrabooka and then galleria.. later bao met up with us at galleria before we headed back to her house.. i remember going boxing day shopping in canada.. ahhaha :D

well, i did end up buying a dress, tube top and denim skirt..

at nite, the 3 of us went out for dinner at nando's.. wanted to watch narnia but the line was too long so we though we would head back to the cinema's closer to my house but on the way back marshall texted bao and invited us over for movies and we knew he had narnia.. so we were going to his place to watch it but the movie didn't start till later coz they haven't had dinner yet.. so i went home first.. didn't end up watching narnia at all acutally!

bbq at our house today.. also.. we played this number game where someone thinks of a number between 1-99 and you go round guessing the number and the person who acutally guesses the number has to eat the food.. in our case it was watermelon.. there was 6 of us and 5 of us ended up losing once each and so william decided to just eat the last one (since there was 6 watermelons too).. anyway, the point is that the law of probability really works even in such a small sample huh?! :p

also played scrabble again! twice acutally.. once with julie (altho we gave up halfway and just started trying to make words on the board and use up all our tiles) and the other time with the sq guyz, joey and julie... we were in teams.. julie and i won! :) hahaha.. i'm not that much of a competitive person (really!!!) *grinz*

church christmas lunch.. didn't take that many photos.. only of the food! hahahaa :D
julie n thira joined us so that was good! :)



later, we (the SQ guyz, julie, thira and myself) watched "the truth about love".. the guy (her husband) was such a scumbag! but was happy she got with the good/cute/sweet guy in the end.. hehehe.. plot was very twisted and stuff hey..

didn't really feel like a sunday..

sent david & his family off to the airport today.. :(
shall see him in 9 days.. hahaha :D

went to woolworths and it was a warzone.. mad last minute christmas grocery rush i think!

went to carol's bday steamboat.. haha.. it was a long drive but i also didn't realise she lived so close to dorcas so i decided to play a prank on her! :p
anyway, i was carol's only ed frenz there and i thought i wasn't going to know anyone until tracy and mel came (they went to the same high school)... so i was glad i knew someone else there :) tehhee.. also, carol's aunty and uncle is our family frenz! wat a small world perth is hey!

wat an eventful day! talk about feasting for the day huh? i had about 3 dinners..

david's company has a beach bbq thingo and so i went to that.. it wasn't that good a day for a bbq tho because it was all so windy!!! ah well, we did manage to cook the food and eat! :)



after that went to u.alvin & a.jessica's place for dinner because they invited us over... noah is so hyper man! hahaha... he was like pretending to be spiderman and kingkong and all.. he's cute tho! :) hahaha..

and then right after that i went to julie's place for a steamboat..


we also ended up playing scrabble.. hahaha.. as you can see, we have pics of the teams.. tehehe.. and "yo" is so not a scrabble word! we could have won.. ah wellz.. it was good fun.. didn't end up getting home until 2am!

there are so many people at the mall for christmas shopping; it's unbelievable! i realise just going out of the house can make one weary!

went to julie's place before going to darren's place to celebrate his bday with a steamboat dinner.

my last day of teaching at kumon...

also had refresh christmas dinner @pines...
it's different seeing the people you work with in a social, instead of work setting..

went to uni today and finally sorted out my honours enrolment and submitted my form (yeh.. the due date was tomorrow and i finally made up my mind to do honours next year) but yeh..
i got a parking fine!!! :( $40.... so looks like i have to work for 4h (after tax) to recoup money to pay that fine.. *sigh*

grandma, grandaunt and second cousin left for singapore today....
looks like the number of people living in our house will be halved now..

havent been taking much pics hey.. maybe i should!

hahaa... yehh.. worked for half a day... then went to send alf/mart/tim off at the airport and then later went to organise david's bday stuff.. like the cake and plates n candles and stuff like that for gelato later that nite..

i brought him to cottlesloe (to watch the sunset) but unfortunately it was rather cloudy so we couldnt realli see the sun set.. ah well... dinner was at maltilda bay.. it was a nice ambiance.. overlooking the swan river, perth city and yatch.. went for a walk around matilda bay after dinner.. it is quite a nice place..



later brought him to gelato to cut his bday cake.. it was meant to be a surprise kinda thing but he was already getting really suspicious and on top of that, he started spotting all these other people's cars that he recognised... ah well...

another bbq! at my place with my family (and god-family)..
couldn't realli enjoy much coz i was more sick (with the flu) so i was resting/sleeping..

went to uni bbq at south perth... was a good time of fun and fellowship... about 10 of us.. i thot there would be more people coming but it was a good size... felt like i havent realli hung out with them for awhile.. so it was good...

then they started having dares... stuart drank coke with honey bbq sauce, anna drank coke with sweet chilli sauce (+ tinch of lychee) and best of all, scott drank a concortion of coke, pepper, coleslaw, sauces, + + + .. got that down on my camera's video... should see that man, it's really funny; too bad i dun know how to attach it!



met up at nite with alf for dinner and he told me about his near death incident that happened while down south... what a testimony man!

then went to david's house to eat his/his sister's birthday cake...

ooo.. n david drove me home today! :) so happy.. it felt like a real date.. lolx :D

such a jam getting down south over the narrows/causeway... hate traffic jams.. what a waste of time!

but today's meal is what i call real chinese food that's acutally nice! as you can see, we finished all the food! hahahaa...
