yay! so the week is almost over and im surviving! not just survively but living victoriously at the marvel of God's greatness...

hehe.. long day today starting off my exam then lunch then koorong then worship prac/teaching then dinner at david's.. he cooked for me!! hehee.. it was really niceee.... :)

ok.. my parent's 27 wedding anniversary today..

we went out as a family (excluding my bro) for a nice meal at matsuri where we saw aunty cara and all the other northern ladies from grace assembly there! haha.. always seem to see aunty cara at matsuri! lolx :D
later we went to C restaurant for drinks... nice view again and nice atmostphere.. hehe.. joywas being strange trying to work out how the building rotated or the restaurant revolved.. lolx :D one of her weird moods again.. hahaha :D ah well...

had my micro midsem today..
didnt really get to finish the paper.. was kinda annoyed/frustrated and stuff coz the paper itself was acutally easy but just that you didnt have enough time to do it.. like imagine answering 4 questions which different parts to it in 45min! grrr....
and furthermore, wat i learned in education is that when setting assessment tasks, you are meant to set slightly more than enough time for an average student to finsih it.. because in effect, you are testing understanding and not how fast you can write..
so yeh.. anywayz was quite annoyed and sad.... grr...

went to kumon to do the marking and stuff.. didnt expect to start work right away! but anywayz, it was pretty ok... the kids were pretty cute and then i found out that some of the kids that go to my church go to this kumon centre... there was this little girl who fell asleep while doing her exercises... she was so cute.. like later we called the mum and the mum was like dunno what she did at schoolt oday to make her so exhausted.. coz the last couple of days they were picking leaves in the garden and stuff... anywayz, ended up staying for about 2h45min but she only paid me for 2h.. ok.. anywayz.. not only that but after all that, she told me that she pays $8/h.. so discouraged.. is that wat im really worth? i saw her pay the other aussie girl $12.50/h.. hmm.. i wonder why..

went out for dinner with jap, jess and sherlz at villa italia... we are the originals! :p ahhahaa.. had quite yummy food... chilli mussels, fettucine al "funghi" and salmon pizza.. we shared the food.. it was good catching up again and spending time with each other together again...

weather was pretty crazy today.. so WINDY and COLD and RAINY!! its only the middle of autumn (or fall as the canadians call it) and not winter! heard it was 12 degrees.. haha.. at least its not -12 degrees! hahahaa :D

anywayz, met up with zac and sharolyn to play pool in potblack@hillarys.. not too bad game.. we all had our fair share of winning...

went home for dinner.. watched the movie "a world without thieves" (chinese movie).. i acutally thought it was a really good movie even though some other people said otherwise.. it was also quite sad too... :'(
