stayed home today coz i had lotsa work to do, assignments and stuff to hand up and tests to review and readings to read for the tests and stuff.. so yah.. did get abit done but then i did go out shopping with my sis and i bought a top.. it's pretty cool i tihnk.. its pink and one of those pretend you are wearing a collared shirt underneath..

went to music prac at 4pm

went to Leo's birthday dinner at CityGarden at night... was going to pick my dad at the airport later but then went around scouting for the Mcdonalds Huffalump toys.. went to like 8 Mcdonalds i think! the forrest chase one (which was closed), 24h william st one, 24h hay street one, the one in jolimont, 2 in vic park, 1 in belmont and some other places that i don't really know.. david was driving me around to the various mcdonalds looking for those toys... isnt that sweet! :P nah.. but i really want them hey...

ended up going to the airport late.. eeks!

went to warwick chinese restaurant to eat the peking duck with my bro's godparent's family! yumm!! only prob is that we had to wait so long.. i mean, we booked and all but the food still took ages to come and stuff! ended up not finishing dinner until 9.45? and we started at like 6.30? then had to kinda rush to the airport.. dad flying off to singapore today!

i guess this is really the only saturday that i have had off since i've always had music practice and stuff...

so went to freo with david... had lunch in one of the cafes in the cappucino strip in freo.. had boost juice and was just walking around i guess.. went into the freo markets as well.. i bought a pair of flower earrings.. i think its quite sweet and cute! hehe :D also had crepes which david really loved.. we had it with nutella.. i didnt think it was THAT nice.. but ah well...



anywayz, went home for dinner after that..

thot i shoudl post something for this week..
first week back at uni...

mon: classes from 9-4
tues: nothing much.. bumming then, went to work
wed: classes 9-4, met up for lunch with hanh n julie in acron tho..
thurs: harbour town shopping
fri: classes 9-1, work, steamboat n movie for cell

zac's 21st party... was meant to be formal and all but it wasnt realli THAT formal.. had food, played some games.. altho one was pretty meaningless.. a marriage proposal game.. where u pick a name and you have to propose tothem.. like what is the point to it rite? ah well... played charades after.. that was fun... had to act out foods such as mongolian lamb claypot with seasonal vegetables (which i did), purple jelly sponge trifle, century egg and roast duck porridge, lemon and herb chicken.. hahaa..

went to john street cafe for brunch with my mum and God-siblings.. it was quite nice coz its in cottlesloe so we ended up walking down to the beach for a little walk and scenic view kinda thing...


watched the remaining of the movie cast away.. it was really quite boring!! orh man.. ah well.. after that we also watched colours of the truth which was a chinese movie... i cant remember movies hey.. coz only after awhile i remembered that i had watched that movie before.. lolx :D

at nite, went to julie's place for dinner.. she cooked mostly vietnamese food which was quite nice... had problems deciding wat we wanted to do after with me and julie wanting to play scrabble at home while bao, marshall n hanh wanted to go out to north perth to play pool.. we ended up going to play pool in north perth.. acutally we were going to play pool on the snooker table but we werent allowed.. eeks... so we ended up playing pool on the blue table! it was nice! hehe.. i won all my games except the last one where i hit the black ball into the pocket! eeks..

went shopping in carosel with alvin.. saw this shop called "joi".. haha.. my sis likes spelling her name joi sometimes too! haha.. so i thought it was pretty cool.. lolx :D


after that went to dawn's place for ina's farewell... dawn n i were at her place trying to make this scrapbook album for ina.. it was kinda a funny story trying to find the materials and all to use in her scrapbook.. like we used tissue paper, stuff from dawn's bin, tearing up pages from dawn's learners road rules book, took dried leaves and feathers from this decoration at dawn's place and stuff like that.. the rest were where the river was and bbq-ing until it started raining and so we cooked and ate at dawns place..


at nite, went to prayer meeting.. it was realli good hey.. the presence of God was so strong..

did orientation/host day for the exchange students at uwa.. i got a red uwa shirt for free! but the thing is that the uwa logo on the t-shirt is HUGE that it looks kinda strange.. but yeh.. was pretty interesting meeting the different people from the different countries and bringing them around campus and stuff..

after that, went to emperor's court to join my parents and bro for dimsum.. met phebe there too.. haha...

after that went to the airport to send my bro off... he only came for 4 days! so short huh... but yeh.. by the time we got home (after driving thru quite heavy traffic on the freeway since it was 4ish already) it was like 5.. was exhausted and just bumming at home.. hahaha

went to the city for lunch with my parents and bro.. at mr samurai again.. i love the udon there!
after that i went over to sherlene's house to visit her before coming back home for dinner... was supposed to go for this dinner thing at hogs breadth but then didnt join them.. had dinner at home first and then so i joined them for a drink at mc-cafe after their dinner! mt bro was meant to buy me a drink.. but in the end siang treated my bro so he ended up also treating me.. hahaz :D
later, quite a number of them came over.. we watched a couple of movies... big trouble, crossroads and house of flying daggers (but by the 3rd movie i was already sleeping Zzzz..) ... siang left when we decided to watch crossroads.. it was too girly a movie for him.. haha :D

church today..
ina came back early from ur eastern states trip! to see us.. haha.. how sweet! :) started taking some pics and stuff..




went to lunch at marangaroo..

napped at home..

went out for dinner at matsuri and then later for drinks at C restaurant... it was pretty cool.. had the magician guy... he did these card tricks that were mind-boggling to figure out.. it was realli neat tho!


came home.. watched the movie i-spy.. it was pretty funni i guess... :)

so tired.. such a long day..
slept kinda late coz went to the airport to pick james up
and then got up rather early to go to david's place to pick him up...
went to the city since he still needed ski pants..
went for lunch with his sister and mum...
drove him to jin's place...
went straight for the sundy school meeting..
went straight for the music prac..
came home.. dinner..
just lazing around with a movie.. sleep!!!

but there was the parking story...
paid for the parking.. then went to the 4th floor (where my car was parked)...
david: you got the parking ticket rite?
me: no.. you got it
david: no.. you got it..
me: i didnt take it.. stop trying to trick me..
david: no i dun have it.. seriously, do you have it?
me: no.. i dun have it.. u dun pretend! its not funny u know..
david: no i dun have
me: crap... *stresses*

went back down to the parking machine.. there was no parking ticket there *i think bummer!! ughhh... * the lady in front tried using the machine but she looked puzzled.. in the end, there was a parking fee yet to be paid.. we figured someone took our paid parking ticket but at least they were considerate enough to put their ticket it so that we didnt have to pay for a replacement ticket or one of those fines.. realli thank God!
man... could have been so much worse.. like the other time i lost the parking chip because i forgot to collect it from the machine and someone else took it.. going into a pay parking building and i do not quite get along, i think!

church outing today at orchard glory farm resort... overall, i would say we had a good time.. brought marshall and hanh there as well.. i was in charge of organising games with martin.. played 3 games.. one was a questionaire one where in pairs (tied up at the wrist) you had to get people to sign your sheet.. second was a mix of pictionary and charades.. and the last game was 2 truths and a lie.. hopefully everyone had fun! :)had lunch there and also went to feed the animals (lama, sheep, rabbits, pony), tried abit of fishing and also had a talk about the winery and how wine got made and stuff like that..

got back to perth at about 4.30pm.. so tired after that, took a nap until we went out for dinner at lotus court...

at nite, marshall, bao, philip n i met up at the hilarys boat harbour marina just to catch up.. had a drink at dome and then later went to marshall's place to play pool! yay, i won all 2 games that i played! hehe :D
