its me... back again blogging.. haha :p n i think im going to blabber about my holiday down south.. it was fun.. :)
nah... "let's start from the very beginning.. a very good place to start... "
on SATURDAY we left for our holiday.. actually we went to maccas in the morning for breakfast.. hehe.. *yum* n then mum n dad were talking to this couple.. hahaa :p it happen to be the wife's birthday.. then when we were driving in the car we were contemplating going back to buy her a bday cake.. haha.. but anywayz, minor details...
~BUSSELTON~
we went down to busselton... to some chinese restaurant for lunch.. the food there wasnt that nice though.. like i had curry chicken ith fried rice n the curry wasnt real curry at all... oh well.. then we went to the holiday house that we rented... it was sooooooo cold in there though.. like freezing so we had to on the heater, etc.. n good thing it slowly did warm up.. :) we wanted to go fishing but then it was raining quite bad so we stayed at home to watch a video n play games at the same time..
so on sunday we went to canal rocks.. it's still as beautiful as it was when i first went there i think.. hahha :p then we went back to busselton n had KFC for lunch... that was yummy as well but to top it off we went to gelato for ice-cream later whcih proved to be another highlight... hahaha :p then we went fishing at the busselton jetty... we actually forgot to bring the bait down so i went back to get it .... it was along walk.. haha :p but good exercise! ;) hehee.. n this time we actually caught fish... yay! though some we couldnt keep coz they were undersize :( btu we did end up having about a dozen harrings i think.. :) n at dinner we were counting who caught how many n it didnt seem to add up... *someone's claiming more credit*.. hahaha :p it was funny.. played monopoly again in the nite.. hahha :p n this time we also trid playing bridge too.. its quite a good game.. i quite liek it actually.. hehee... strategic thinking n analysis.. :)
~PEMBERTON~
MONDAY we left for pemberton.. but before that we past by abundant life AOG... haha :p it still looks the same as well.. we went back to our house agian coz joy thought she left somethign there but it actually was in the car! hahaa :p anywayz, later we left for pemberton... so sleepy.. was sleeping on the way tehre as usual..haha :p its quite a quiet town.. went to southern chickens for lunch.. it was ok.. went to our chalet whcih was a nice and cosy place... after unpacking n stuff we walked to glocester tree or watever its called n we climbed the tree which was 61 or 64m high... hahaha :p it was real fun.. scary in the beginnign though when u first looked down but later it was ok.. hahaa :p mum was the only one that didnt climb it but after we climbed it.. our legs were so jelly (well, joy's n mine was).. blame it on the lack of exercise *blushes*.. hehehe.. but yehz.. we went back to our chalet and mum managed to cook up a really nice yummy meal yet again - chicken rice! :) in the nite i think we played monopoly again.. twice actually n i remember winning.. hehehehe :D
TUESDAY! we went for the tree top walk just off the town of Walpole.. it was ok.. it wasnt that fantastic as we expected it to be though.. nevertheless it was good.. hehe :p then we went for some bush walk place... mum had actually cooked noodles for lunch coz we thoguht tehre wasnt any nice food around... so we thought.. yeh.. why not drive another 1h+ to Denmark, have a look around n also have lunch there... so we went to the town of Denmark but there was nothing much interesting so we drove backt o Walpole to have our lunch in front of a jetty river-like place.. :) went back to pemberton n it was already quite late.. so *someone* suggested starting the fire.. n so we had this little competiton to who can set up the fire.. everyone had a turn but the fire didnt really start properly.. in the end *someone* started it but then smoked up the whole place which made everyone annoyed.. but the chimney thing was also half working as well coz it leaked n stuff.. anywayz, had dinner again.. nite games again..
WEDNESDAY.. i had the opportunity of feeding the farm animals (the horse and sheep only actually).. later we intended to go for the tram ride but later decided against it coz we didnt think it was worth it.. haha :p so we went to king trout n tried trout fishing.. coz we heard ud catch a fish 99.9% of the time, we thought it was realy easy but we tried n it wasnt THAT easy... added to this is the fact it was raining n breeding season so it wasnt that easy to fish... but we did end up catching fishes in the end.. :) and joy caught a maran as well! :) wat a bonus! hehehe.. had our lunch there (they cooked wat we caught) which was really yummy! :) hahaa.. went back to perth... bateman chinese restaurtant for dinner n then back home... at around 8.. after unpackign we played monopoly again at 9pm.. this time i lost! booz... hahaha... anywayz, quick highlights..
highlights:
* *someone* running for her life at canal rocks..
* *someone* always losing monopoly..
* trying to take picture when the camera didnt really work..
* *someone* trying to set up the fire which ended up smoking everyone..
* the loss of the scissors which led to alot of things..
* playing scrabble and using the phone's T9 as a dictionary which proved unreliable with words such as "mulde" "bothe" "bo" "lou" "othe"
* scooping TWO trouts with the net when it was said it only happened once in 6 years.. hahaha :D
yupzzz.. so i guess that was my trip
