hmm.. fridays are always lazy days... or i guess all my weekends are just lazy days in general...
woke up late, went to lunch at Whitespots in the AQ tho! haha.. better than chartwells! :p the strawberry milkshake was good! Got my international student card done (that took awhile)..

I was going to walk to the bus loop stop to check out Renaissance at the Cornerstone but then that wasnt open.. On the way there, I took so nice SFU pics tho... so nice and peaceful when no one is around... also met Mel and his 2 frens on the way there.. they were going to check out the apartments there.. the apartments there are nice.. such a nice view too! :) all so new and nice.. better than rez! hahaa :D not sure whether the real estate agent person thought we were serious or not.. but they are really acutally interested in renting apartments there!



After that, went off the hill... came back for dinner... went to the volleyball game! It was close... TWC beat SFU in the 1st set badly.. second game SFU lost again but it was close.. SFU won the 3rd set and the 4th set... the 5th set was the deciding match... but we lost in the end! :( There were some pretty good rallies there tho... I guess wat really fascinated me was the whole butt-slapping culture.. was trying to take a pic of that! but can u imagine someone slappying ur butt all the time! hmm... I like the whole team spirit of it though.. and how the team huddles together and the coach gives 'advice'! hahaa :p




After the game, I wasnt doing much.. just talking on the phone! ;)
